At Drake Waterfowl, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are unworn and in original packaging, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
